What exactly does a Family Record-Keeping Session involve?

We sit with you, review the personal documents your household holds — identification, property papers, insurance, correspondence — and help you build a logical folder system with a handwritten or typed index. You leave with a physical kit to maintain it yourself. We do not review documents for legal content or offer any interpretation of what they mean legally.

Is this the same as legal advice or counselling?

Who is the Considerate Conversations Workshop for?

The workshop is designed for adult family members who want to approach a period of change — such as a move, a health shift, or a transition in household arrangements — with steadier communication. It uses general education and structured exercises. It is not therapy, and it does not address individual emotional health conditions.

How long does each service take?

The Record-Keeping Session typically runs two to three hours depending on the volume of documents. The Considerate Conversations Workshop is a half-day format. The B2B Delivery & Operations Advisory is scoped per organisation and usually involves an initial review call followed by a written report within two to three weeks.

Where are sessions held?

We are based at 29 U Thong Road, Pratu Chai, Ayutthaya. Sessions are generally held at our space, though for the B2B advisory we can arrange visits to your organisation's premises within the Ayutthaya and Central Thailand region. Please contact us to discuss.

How do I pay, and what is your cancellation approach?

Payment is in Thai Baht. We accept bank transfer and will confirm the details when your session is booked. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling is available. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
