What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit โ€” such as your preferences โ€” so it works more smoothly when you return.

Cookies are very widely used. They are not programs and cannot carry viruses or malware. You are always in control: you can choose which cookies to accept and can delete them at any time through your browser settings.

Your Cookie Preferences

Use the toggles above to choose which optional cookies you are comfortable with. Your choices are saved to your browser and will be respected on future visits.

Third-Party Cookies

Some optional cookies are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These parties have their own privacy and cookie policies. If you would like to learn more about how these services use data, please visit their respective sites:

We review our use of third-party services periodically and aim to keep this list accurate and up to date.

Cookie Duration

Cookies fall into two duration categories:

  • Session cookies โ€” exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close your browser or tab.
  • Persistent cookies โ€” remain on your device for a set period (days, months, or up to 2 years depending on the cookie). They are useful for remembering your preferences between visits.

The durations listed in each cookie category above are indicative. You can delete any cookie at any time through your browser settings, regardless of its stated duration.
